Zach Campbell
Managing Partner/Performance Coach
Zach is originally from Wisconsin Rapids where he was a multi-sport athlete playing hockey and football. He was a First team All-Conference and All-State hockey player in 2012. Campbell earned a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire. In 2016, Zach began his strength and conditioning career training athletes of all sports at Acceleration North in Minneapolis, MN. In the winter of 2018 Zach traveled to Fort Lauderdale, FL to help the team at XPE train 30 football players in preparation for the NFL combine. Finding the right niche in the midwest to continue his career in helping athletes was his next step and Madison, WI was calling his name. His confidence, personable skills, and his ability to work with athletes of all types and levels makes him the PERFECT addition to Total Athlete Performance. Campbell strongly believes in functional strength training, proper acceleration/speed mechanics, and movement skill/problem solving as keys to a successful training regiment. Zach likes to learn from some of the top coaches in the industry such as Cal Dietz, Matt Gates, Tony Villiani, Gerry DeFilippo, and Chris Barnard.

Nolan Dreher
Perfromance Coach
Nolan is originally from the south suburbs of Chicago, IL. While in high school Nolan played football and baseball at Bremen High School. After Bremen High School Nolan went to College at Culver Stockton College in Canton, Missouri. While at Culver Stockton College Nolan played football and was a part of the winningest team in school history. This is where Nolan’s interest in Sports performance came to fruition. Graduating with a degree in health science, Nolan took an internship at TNT Ignite in Chicago. While at TNT Nolan developed a strong interest in speed development and helping athletes reach their speed potential. This internship at TNT laid the foundation for Nolan’s coaching career. Nolan would then go to Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa as a strength and conditioning coach. While at Waldorf University Nolan programmed for Track and Field, Cross Country, Women’s Soccer, and Cheerleading. Nolan believes in taking a holistic approach to athletic development. Some of the coaches he follows are Dan Ficter, Cal Dietz, Joey G, and Frans Bosch.

Jack Knight
Performance Coach
Jack Knight is a Verona, Wisconsin native, playing soccer for his entire career. He won the boys Wisconsin State Soccer Championship in 2019, before playing for both Gustavus Adolphus College and captaining Edgewood University where he earned 1st team all region honors. Jack’s background is in performance data analysis. He has experience working with Forward Madison Soccer Club as an intern managing their GPS data to prevent injuries and give insights into training loads. He also interned with Total Athlete Performance where he has stayed until present.

Zach Zweifel
Owner/Performance Coach
Hailing from Monona,WI, Zach is a lead performance coach and partner at Total Athlete Performance. A former Al Toon Award winner (Best Senior Wide Receiver in Wisconsin), Zach shined as a first-team all-conference and all-area athlete in football, basketball, and baseball. During his final year at Monona Grove High School, Zach competed in both the WFCA and WBCA All-Star games and was able to earn a scholarship to the University of Minnesota-Duluth for football. In addition, Zach went on to play as an all-conference receiver in Minnesota for four years and sat at number 3 for all-time career receptions in school history upon leaving. Following his years as a player Zach remained in Duluth for an additional year to serve as a wide receiver coach and assistant recruiting coordinator for the Bulldogs while finishing his degree in Exercise Science. With years of experience in strength and conditioning, Zach’s mission as a coach is to help athletes and clients move better and build confidence. As an accomplished athlete and coach, he understands that each INDIVIDUAL deserves a detailed approach when it comes to maximizing results in competition or in life. Since TAP has opened, Zach has worked with and improved speed, power, and strength with 100’s of athletes ranging from youth to professional. The science of human performance is intricate, and Zach’s coaching philosophy reflects just that in his attention to detail and individualized program design. No matter the age, sport, gender, limitations or goals, his step by step approach to building a complete foundation for athletes and general population clients is unparalleled. Zach’s training concepts come from numerous leaders in this industry that he would consider some of his idols. Training approaches from Eric Cressey, Mike Boyle, Cal Dietz, Les Spellman, Tony Villani, Tony Holler, and many many more are implemented into his coaching and programming daily. Using this knowledge, he specializes in developing explosive team sport athletes through extensive acceleration and top end speed development, COD/Agility training techniques, power development training, and strength/robustness/injury prevention protocols.

Jack McGee
Performance Coach
Jack's passion for athletic performance began through his own competitive career. He earned varsity letters in five sports during high school before continuing his athletic career by playing club baseball at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology. During his time at UW–Madison, Jack interned with TAP, where he gained early hands-on experience in athlete development and performance training. Following graduation, he was brought on full-time as a Performance Coach, where he has now worked for the past four years. As a Performance Coach at TAP, Jack has been dedicated to helping athletes maximize their speed, strength, power, and overall athletic development. Through daily collaboration with the TAP staff and years of hands-on coaching, he has developed a detail-oriented approach that emphasizes individualized programming and long-term athletic growth. In addition to his work in the facility, Jack has spent the past three years coaching TAP youth camps and working with local high school hockey teams. These experiences have strengthened his ability to connect with and effectively communicate with athletes of all ages, creating an environment where they feel challenged, supported, and motivated to improve. Jack's coaching philosophy has been shaped by industry leaders such as Cal Dietz and Chris Korfist while continuing to develop under the guidance of Zach Zweifel and Zach Campbell. He believes every athlete has unique strengths and that purposeful training, quality movement, and consistent coaching are the foundation for long-term success. Whether working with youth athletes or advanced competitors, Jack is committed to helping every athlete reach their full potential while building confidence, discipline, and a passion for the training process.

Jack Whyte
Performance Coach
Jack's passion for sports performance began during his collegiate football career at Western Illinois University, where he was a four-year starter and earned the honor of serving as a two-time team captain. During his time at Western, he also completed his Master's degree in Kinesiology, further developing his knowledge of human performance, strength and conditioning, and athlete development. One of the most influential parts of his education was the opportunity to work under Jon Minnis, whose mentorship and expertise in sports performance helped shape Jack's coaching philosophy and provided him with invaluable hands-on experience in developing athletes. In June 2026, Jack joined the team at Total Athlete Performance (TAP), where he quickly found a passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. The most rewarding part of his role is building meaningful relationships with athletes and watching them grow—not only in strength, speed, and performance, but also in confidence, discipline, and character. Jack believes that every athlete's journey is unique, and he finds great fulfillment in playing a role in their success. He is excited to continue growing alongside the outstanding team at TAP and looks forward to the future as the organization continues to expand its impact on athletes and the community.

Dave Matuszak
Performance Coach
Dave Matuszak is from Madison, Wisconsin. During his baseball career at LaFollette High School he trained at Total Athlete Performance, understanding that if you want to be a high level athlete, you have to train at a high level performance gym. Dave went on to graduate at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Science in Human Performance. During his time in Whitewater, he interned at Total Athlete Performance throughout his 4 years.
