Used by some of the top college football and NFL teams this new tool will let us train speed the way we want to all year round.
No motor, no curve, the athlete generates the power to make the Shredmill go.
Shredmill sessions are 1 hour in length, 2x/week. The emphasis will be creating force to accelerate and to reach top speed as fast as possible.
