TAP YOUTH ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT
Youth Athlete Development:
The goal with our youth athlete development program is to provide an appropriate program that contains each of the following on every visit: mobility/flexibility, prehab/injury prevention, balance/force absorption, linear acceleration/deceleration technique, agility/change of direction drills, and body weight strength/endurance exercises. Each category is covered in a specific manner, allowing the child to acquire all of the tools necessary to begin a resistance training program in the near future.

SHREDmill SUMMER SPEED PROGRAM
Total Athlete Performance is now the proud owner of the only SHREDmill in Wisconsin. The SHREDmill is a state of the art speed tool used by some of the top collegiate programs and professional athletes in the country. No motor, no curve the athlete needs to generate the force to make the SHREDmill go. This tool allows TAP to train speed the way they want, all year round!
Total Athlete Performance is excited to offer an all-inclusive Summer Speed Camp located at our Windsor location. Each week will be broken down into the specific skills necessary to develop proper movement technique and efficiency utilizing the SHREDmill. This camp will focus on acceleration, top end speed, deceleration, change of direction, and agility. Each athlete will be filmed to address technique and data will be tracked throughout the duration of this program. Competition will be built into each day in order to create a highly competitive atmosphere that stresses athletes to train at maximum speeds with maximum effort.

VERONA SUMMER SPEED
Verona Summer Speed:
Speed is the catalyst for ALL sports at each and every level of competition.
Total Athlete Performance is excited to offer an all-inclusive Summer Speed Camp located in Verona. Each week will be broken down into the specific skills necessary to develop proper movement technique and efficiency. This camp will focus on acceleration, top end speed, deceleration, change of direction, and agility using the track at the old Verona Area High School. Each athlete will be filmed to address technique and data will be tracked throughout the duration of this program. Competition will be built into each day in order to create a highly competitive atmosphere that stresses athletes to train at maximum speeds with maximum effort.
